The property is impressive, clean has good facilities for 2 days or more stay in Ghent. Staff is efficient and incredibly kind. It's located in a neat building.

Spotless hotel with an impressive location and so very friendly staff. The room trendy and the beds were amazing. The beach was wonderful. Again, I walked to see castle gerald the devil. It was a splendid experience.

The room had typical views.

Medieval building and stunning apartment. The staff were eager to help and extremely competent. Unique location that is so close to buses and the centrum, however not so great area.

Rooms have very ordinary views, don't cost much money.

You guys made my stay warm. Impressive rooms, picturesque location, amazing breakfast. Good garden where the breakfast was served. Fine beds, satellite TV, climate control and terrace were a nice touch. Efficient check-in and fantastic customer service.

the location and staff at the hotel were wonderful, everything was brand-new. lots of supplies in the room : a microwave oven, an ironing set and a couch bed. the building itself was historic with a beautiful garden. that was contemporary venue set in shopping area. moreover, graslei and korenlei was 15 minutes' walk away.
